Terms of membership
The agreement between NACD and its members, written to be readable.
Membership
Membership is personal to the individual named on the account, except for Organization membership, where seats are assigned by the organization. Sharing individual credentials is not permitted.
Billing and renewal
Memberships are billed through Stripe for the period shown at checkout and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Use of resources
Members may use NACD briefs, templates, and recordings in their own professional work, including internal team use. Redistribution, resale, or public republication of member resources is not permitted.
Contributor content
Contributors retain ownership of their work and grant NACD a license to publish it in the member library. Contributor views are their own and not positions of the association unless stated.
Community conduct
The forum and live sessions are professional spaces. Harassment, discrimination, spam, and recruitment outside the job channels may result in removal without refund.
Availability
We aim to keep the hub available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content calendars and session dates may change.
Changes
We may update these terms as the association grows. Material changes will be communicated to members by email before they take effect.
